• Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 09:00 and 02:00 SAST

What you'll do

• Help international customers by phone, webchat, and email
• Handle bookings, re-bookings, and cancellations
• Keep customer details accurate
• Solve problems proactively and own the customer experience

What we're looking for

• Fluent German
