Job Description
Supply Chain Solution Architect (WMS, WCS & IT/OT)
Location :- Bangalore
Experience :- 14+ Years
Your Role
Lead end-to-end supply chain solution architecture across warehouse automation, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution environments. Drive solutioning, pre-sales, IT/OT integration, warehouse transformation, and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops, business requirement analysis, and supply chain solution design.
- Architect solutions across WMS, WCS, WES, ERP, MES, SCADA, IoT, and Industrial Edge platforms.
- Define integration strategies for warehouse automation technologies including AGV, AMR, ASRS, Sorters, Conveyors, Shuttle Systems, and Goods-to-Person solutions.
- Design IT/OT integration architectures using OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus, REST APIs, and Industrial Ethernet.
- Support pre-sales activities, RFP/RFI responses, estimations, solution proposals, and client presentations.
- Create WBS, delivery roadmaps, resource plans, cost estimates, and transition strategies.
- Drive large-scale warehouse modernization and manufacturing automation programs.
Your Profile
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehousing, Logistics, Distribution, or Manufacturing (Mandatory).
- Strong expertise in enterprise WMS platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, Infor, or Körber.
- Hands-on experience with WCS, WES, warehouse automation, and material handling integrations.
- Strong knowledge of MES, SCADA, PLCs, factory automation, and IT/OT integration.
- Experience with platforms such as Siemens Opcenter, SAP Digital Manufacturing, Ignition, WinCC, AVEVA, or FactoryTalk.
- Proven experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, estimation, and proposal development.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with AGV, AMR, ASRS, RFID, RTLS, Pick-to-Light, Voice Picking, and warehouse robotics.
- Knowledge of Industrial Edge Computing and Edge-to-Cloud architectures.
- Experience with automation vendors such as Dematic, Swisslog, Vanderlande, KNAPP, Daifuku, or SSI Schäfer.
- Exposure to AnyLogic or Siemens Technomatix for warehouse simulation and optimization.
