Technical Manager (Marine Service Provider)

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Use in-depth technical and business expertise to provide solutions for customers.
• Create and preserve a solid rapport with your customers while making sure that your product innovations stay current.
• Assist sales associates in showcasing customised solutions by providing extensive product knowledge.
• Offer technical assistance for events, trade exhibits, and customer presentations.
• Provide colleagues with training on product expertise and serve as a point of contact for complicated problems.
• Examine customer order parameters to make sure that offer development and costing are accurate.
• Engage in stakeholder collaboration to collect product input and facilitate category management decisions.
