Server

About the Role

As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with the kitchen staff and management to ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner. Your main goal will be to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they leave satisfied and eager to return.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take their orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions guests may have
• Ensure all orders are prepared and delivered in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiments
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or hospitality industry
• Knowledge of food and beverage service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
