Senior Sales of Development Manager

• The Sales Development team leads prospect engagement and pipeline generation. It identifies potential prospects, uses diverse outreach strategies, engages stakeholders, and collaborates with Account Executives to expand the company’s footprint in new and existing accounts and generate revenue. The team uses product and industry knowledge to communicate the value of AlphaSense’s solution and convert interested prospects into qualified leads
• As Senior Sales Development Manager, you will help accelerate pipeline generation and drive new business growth. You will attract, retain, and develop Sales Development talent and future Account Executives, helping the team achieve its goals in a fast-paced environment
• Coach and mentor the team to secure high-quality meetings with senior executives and meet or exceed KPIs
• Establish effective sales development strategies that scale as the team grows
• Partner on go-to-market strategy, including email, phone, and social messaging
• Track and analyze key trends to inform data-driven decisions
• Implement and deliver professional development programs to help team members succeed as Sales Development Representatives and prepare for future roles in the organization
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and attract Sales Development talent
