Senior Python Developer

Responsibilities

• Architect and construct sturdy, scalable technical foundations consistent with both company and engineering ambitions
• Join forces with varied, cross-functional teams to bring refined, properly engineered products to completion
• Participate in architecture-focused dialogue that shapes how initiatives are planned and carried forward
• Review and critique colleagues' coding work, delivering constructive guidance that preserves high engineering quality
• Troubleshoot and fix convoluted technical issues that pop up across various points in the development timeline
• Coach less experienced developers, assisting their growth into more capable technical contributors
• Play an active part in planning meetings, lending a hand in shaping scope and project timeframes
• Keep pace with changing trends throughout the sector and weave helpful new ideas into daily practice
• Record technical decisions and workflows with care to keep the codebase healthy over the long run
• Communicate directly with stakeholders to grasp their needs and verify that results meet agreed-upon goals

Requirements

• A minimum of three years spent gaining practical, relevant experience
• Highly skilled in Python, applied toward building trustworthy backend infrastructure and services
• Experience leveraging React to produce lively, flexible interfaces on the front end
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and concepts used to elevate design and development practices
• Firm knowledge of database systems for structuring, maintaining, and pulling application data
• Comfortable working with Git to handle version control and support joint development efforts
• Established record of leading teams and motivating peers to reach common objectives
• Awareness of well-established development methodologies that support streamlined, effective delivery
• Solid English ability, holding at least a B2-level proficiency
