Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager based in the United States.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Marketing Manager to strengthen the positioning and go-to-market execution of an enterprise AI governance and integration portfolio. You will translate complex technology capabilities into compelling product narratives, differentiated value propositions, and practical sales resources for technical and business audiences. Working within a global Product Marketing strategy, you will take ownership of launches, competitive intelligence, customer proof points, and field enablement. This is a highly execution-oriented role that requires personally researching, writing, and delivering high-quality marketing assets. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Field Marketing, solution engineering, and partners to improve market understanding and commercial effectiveness. Your work will help enterprise customers understand how AI governance, API Management, and integration capabilities address their evolving business and technology needs.

Accountabilities

You will turn product strategy into clear market-facing communications, effective sales enablement, and actionable competitive insights. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on content creation and independent cross-functional execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Translate approved positioning for AI Gateway and the broader enterprise integration platform into clear product narratives, persona-based messaging, differentiated value propositions, and credible customer use cases.

  • Explain the relationship between AI governance, API Management, multi-pattern integration, and enterprise service discovery while maintaining clear product boundaries and accurately representing capabilities.

  • Adapt messaging for technical and business stakeholders, including CIOs, CISOs, enterprise architects, AI leaders, and integration teams across financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, and government.

  • Own assigned go-to-market workstreams for product launches and releases, including messaging, market-facing assets, FAQs, customer use cases, commercial readiness, and field communications.

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Field Marketing, and partner teams to deliver complete, consistent assets on schedule.

  • Personally research, structure, write, edit, and deliver high-quality white papers, solution briefs, product presentations, value decks, articles, and campaign content.

  • Develop evidence-based customer stories and technical proof points through interviews with product experts, field teams, and customers, ensuring claims are validated and current capabilities are distinguished from roadmap plans.

  • Build practical sales and partner enablement resources, including pitch decks, sales plays, competitive talk tracks, demo stories, solution briefs, objection-handling guides, FAQs, and value-selling frameworks.

  • Lead enablement workshops and launch-readiness briefings, encourage adoption of sales materials, and gather field feedback to continuously improve resources.

  • Own an actionable competitive intelligence program covering AI gateways, API Management, and integration markets, producing vendor profiles, comparison matrices, battlecards, and regular updates.

  • Use competitor research, customer objections, and win/loss insights to refine positioning, strengthen objection responses, and support commercial opportunities without relying on unsupported claims.

  • Work directly with account teams and solution engineers to understand deal challenges, buyer priorities, and industry requirements, translating insights into useful sales content.

  • Maintain an accessible, up-to-date enablement library, monitor field adoption, and proactively retire outdated materials.

  • Independently turn strategic briefs into actionable plans, gather input, resolve routine obstacles, coordinate reviews, and deliver finished work with minimal supervision.

  • Requirements

The ideal candidate combines deep enterprise technology marketing experience with exceptional writing skills, technical credibility, and a proven ability to deliver practical product marketing materials independently. The following qualifications are expected:

    • At least 8 years of experience in enterprise B2B product marketing or enterprise technology marketing, with substantial direct ownership of product marketing deliverables.

    • Demonstrated success positioning complex enterprise software in competitive or emerging technology categories, supported by concrete examples of results and completed work.

    • Exceptional professional English writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce content for executive, business, and technical audiences.

    • A portfolio of personally authored product marketing materials, such as white papers, solution briefs, presentations, sales enablement assets, or customer-facing content.

    • Technical understanding sufficient to collaborate credibly with enterprise architects, product managers, and engineers on APIs, AI governance, or integration platforms.

    • Hands-on experience executing enterprise software launches and go-to-market initiatives, including sales-facing and customer-facing content.

    • Proven ability to independently prioritize and deliver multiple concurrent workstreams reliably.

    • Experience personally developing field enablement materials and delivering effective training sessions or workshops for enterprise Sales, pre-sales, or channel teams.

    • Practical competitive intelligence experience, including the creation of battlecards, vendor differentiation materials, and objection-handling guidance informed by customer and deal insights.

    • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex technical information into clear commercial messaging.

    • Ability to work collaboratively across global, cross-functional teams while maintaining ownership of individual deliverables.

    • Benefits

      • Competitive compensation.

      • Health coverage.

      • Retirement plans.

      • Paid time off.

      • Flexible work arrangements.

      • Career development and professional growth opportunities.

      • Access to a collaborative, international working environment.

      • Opportunities to contribute to enterprise technology innovation and impactful customer solutions.

      • Inclusive workplace culture that values diverse perspectives and equal opportunities.
