• Managing key e-commerce accounts with a strategic, sales-driven approach
• Fostering accountability for client relationships, including profit and loss aspects
• Ensuring SLA adherence, monitoring KPI variances, and evaluating customer satisfaction, with accurate internal reporting
• Identifying and leading cross-selling and upselling opportunities from proposal to contract signing
• Developing sustainable, trust-based client relationships to achieve high customer satisfaction

• Proficient in both German and English (C1 or above), with excellent storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives and build strong client relationships
• Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and e-commerce
• Prior experience managing complex commercial relationships, particularly with high-growth customers in e-commerce or similar fields
• Strong affinity for numbers and data, with the ability to analyze complex relationships, prioritize tasks, and effectively present findings to stakeholders
• Academic degree or equivalent qualification, ideally focusing on business, logistics, or transportation
