Senior Business Operations Program Manager

• WHOOP is hiring a Senior Business Operations Program Manager to join the Business Operations team within our broader Operations organization
• This role sits at the intersection of operational strategy and program management, leading high-priority cross functional workstreams initiatives from planning through to execution
• You will partner closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Hardware, Quality, Membership Services, and Business Systems to solve operational challenges and deliver measurable business impact
• Example initiatives include: Developing operational strategies for new product launches, enabling international market expansion, evaluating new business models and their operational implications, and building scalable processes to support organizational growth
• Lead strategic operational initiatives from problem definition through execution, developing recommendations, aligning stakeholders, and driving measurable outcomes
• Partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Hardware, Quality, Membership Services, and Business Systems to coordinate initiative execution and improve operational performance
• Build and maintain project plans, operating cadences, status reporting, and documentation that enable teams to execute effectively
• Structure ambiguous business problems, analyze data, and evaluate strategic trade-offs to develop actionable recommendations and scalable operational solutions
• Identify execution risks early, develop mitigation plans, and independently drive issues to resolution with minimal guidance

• Demonstrated ability to independently structure ambiguous problems, develop data-driven recommendations, and translate strategic decisions into actionable cross-functional plans
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategic program management, management consulting, or operational strategy, ideally within a high-growth technology or consumer electronics company
• Experience supporting manufacturing or consumer electronics operations is preferred
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Slides, Slack, Smartsheets, and other similar project management tools
• Proven ability to independently own and deliver complex projects or workstreams from planning through execution with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated success managing multiple cross- functional priorities simultaneously while maintaining high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a proactive approach to identifying risks, communicating progress, and driving accountability
• Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions
• Effective communicator who collaborates well across functions and builds trusted working relationships through reliability, ownership, and follow-through
