Responsibilities

• Construct and design robust, expandable testing frameworks that fulfill both business and engineering needs
• Coordinate with teams spanning various disciplines to maintain punctual delivery and uphold quality benchmarks
• Provide input during architecture conversations, contributing viewpoints that shape testing approach decisions
• Evaluate test scripts developed by peers, offering constructive critique that sustains reliable coding standards
• Identify and address technical difficulties that emerge throughout different phases of test development
• Mentor less experienced colleagues, assisting them in sharpening their technical proficiency over time
• Participate in planning activities, contributing to scope clarification and realistic timeline creation
• Track emerging technological changes and apply beneficial new practices to routine testing activities
• Preserve thorough records of critical technical decisions and testing methodologies to support continuous quality management
• Work alongside stakeholders to establish clear objectives and verify completed deliverables meet agreed standards

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of relevant, practical professional background
• Strong capability in JavaScript for creating and maintaining automated testing scripts
• Hands-on exposure to Playwright and comparable Web UI Test Automation Tools in JS to verify interface functionality
• Applied understanding of Web Service and API Test Automation for confirming backend system reliability
• Skilled in using Version Control Systems to oversee and document changes made to test scripts
• Thorough knowledge of Test Automation Framework Architecture for developing scalable, long-lasting test structures
• Experience incorporating BDD Frameworks in JS to construct behavior-focused test cases
• Working familiarity with AI tools and principles, applied to improve testing approaches and results
• Capable English communication skills at a B2 level or higher
