Your Role
As a Senior Architect specialising in Life Sciences and AI-driven Compliance, Quality & Regulatory activities, you will play a key role in:
- Shaping our local CQR offering by developing and driving Capgemini Engineering's Life Sciences compliance and regulatory strategy in Belgium, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and methodologies
- Bridging global and local expertise by acting as the key connector between our global CQR practice and local client needs, translating global offerings into tangible, market-relevant solutions for Belgian and international Life Sciences clients
- Accelerating AI adoption in CQR by identifying and implementing AI-driven approaches to compliance, quality, and regulatory activities, helping clients modernise their processes and stay ahead of an evolving regulatory environment
- Leading architectural design by defining end-to-end solution architectures that integrate Data & AI capabilities within Life Sciences regulatory and quality frameworks, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and future-ready
- Supporting business development by contributing to proposals, client conversations, and thought leadership initiatives, positioning Capgemini Engineering as a trusted partner in AI-powered CQR transformation
Your Profile
We are looking for a collaborative and driven professional who brings both technical depth and strategic thinking. You will be a strong fit if you:
- Bring at least 8 years of experience in Life Sciences, with solid expertise spanning Compliance, Quality, and Regulatory domains, ideally within a consulting or architecture-focused role
- Have a strong architectural background, with demonstrated experience designing and delivering complex solutions that combine regulatory requirements with digital and data-driven technologies
- Possess hands-on knowledge of Data & AI technologies and their application within regulated environments, including understanding of relevant compliance considerations such as validation, auditability, and data integrity
- Are able to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, engaging confidently with both technical teams and senior client stakeholders, and translating regulatory and business needs into clear architectural solutions
- Demonstrate a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to contribute to building a practice, developing offerings, and working across global and local teams to deliver impact
