Senior Accountant – Trading Industry

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Accountant with strong accounting knowledge and experience in trading companies preferred. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and supporting audit activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries (GL, journals, cash/bank ledgers).

• Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and monthly financial reports.

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.

• Support finalization of accounts and coordinate during audits.

• Prepare MIS reports and assist in overall accounting operations.

Required Skills / Experience

• / / MBA Finance with 4–10 years of accounting experience.

• Experience in trading industry preferred.

• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, GST, TDS, and audit processes.

• Proficiency in Tally / accounting software / ERP.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
