- Monitoring of Team performance and ensure that the utilization of the team is being maximize
- Reporting of the Team monthly accomplishment
- Setting of annual goals and ensure that the team’s development goal is aligned with the team’s career progression
- Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
- Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
- Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
- Ensures and promotes the development of the management team/succession planning through coaching, training, and leadership development.
- Review's analysis of performance including financial and productivity data for area and makes the appropriate changes in strategies, goals, and objectives responding to current status and conditions
