Responsibilities:
- Help with data entry, or entering new inquiries into the ERP system.
- Reading incoming emails, forwarding orders and inquiries to the appropriate internal departments
- Examining each quote before sending it to the client
- Keep clients informed about rates and make sure all emails and paperwork are returned on time.
- Cooperating with all company internal departments to respond to inquiries and requests
- Resolve any issues pertaining to customers, including any after-sales concerns.
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience
- Skillful bargaining and communication
- Word and Excel from Microsoft Office
- Managing PDFs
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Capable of working within time constraints
