Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst based in the United States.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Quality Assurance Analyst to support a multi-year telecommunications infrastructure program focused on C-Band spectrum clearing. You will help ensure the accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness of critical project data and documentation supporting regulatory compliance and reimbursement requirements. The role combines Salesforce data management, document control, quality assurance, and workflow automation. You will develop structured documentation processes, maintain reliable records, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Working remotely on Eastern Time, you will collaborate with project managers, engineers, finance teams, procurement specialists, and vendors. This opportunity is suited to someone who combines strong analytical and technical skills with a practical, hands-on approach to detailed operational work.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will oversee data quality, documentation standards, and process controls to ensure project records remain accurate, traceable, and ready for regulatory review or audit. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform hands-on Salesforce data entry, record maintenance, validation, reconciliation, and reporting across multiple sites and vendors.

  • Collect, organize, validate, and maintain infrastructure designs, engineering records, vendor activities, equipment documentation, testing results, completion evidence, invoices, and supporting records.

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive site-level documentation packages for FCC regulatory submissions, reimbursement claims, and audit requirements.

  • Reconcile engineering records, vendor activities, completion evidence, invoices, and Salesforce data, identifying unsupported costs, duplicate records, and discrepancies.

  • Establish and maintain document taxonomies, metadata standards, naming conventions, repository structures, version controls, retention practices, and audit trails.

  • Develop documentation checklists, package acceptance criteria, and quality controls to verify required evidence, approvals, and supporting records.

  • Conduct mock audits before submission, assess documentation completeness and evidence sufficiency, track deficiencies, and coordinate corrective actions through resolution.

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce fields, validation rules, workflows, reports, dashboards, and site/vendor tracking records.

  • Build, test, and maintain workflow automations using Salesforce Flow, Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint, or comparable technologies.

  • Create dashboards, exception reports, and trackers to monitor documentation completeness, package readiness, outstanding deficiencies, and reporting gaps.

  • Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen data integrity, documentation quality, operational efficiency, and compliance readiness.

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineering, finance, procurement, and vendors to obtain missing documentation, resolve discrepancies, and support timely project delivery.

  • Requirements

The ideal candidate brings substantial experience in data management, quality assurance, document control, or compliance-related operations, together with strong technical capabilities and exceptional attention to detail. The following qualifications are expected:

    • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in data management, quality assurance, document control, project coordination, compliance reporting, or a related operational support function.

    • Strong Salesforce experience, including data entry, record maintenance, data validation, reporting, and configuration.

    • Demonstrated experience creating document taxonomies, classification structures, metadata standards, and organized document repositories.

    • Ability to design, build, and test workflow automations using Salesforce Flow, Microsoft Power Automate, or comparable tools.

    • Experience with documentation quality assurance, financial record reconciliation, audit evidence validation, and accurate records management.

    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliation, tracking, and reporting, as well as proficiency in PowerPoint.

    • Experience with SharePoint or comparable enterprise document management systems is preferred.

    • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, organizational discipline, and the ability to manage high volumes of repetitive data and documentation tasks.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the initiative to identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements.

    • Ability to work independently, follow established procedures, and consistently deliver accurate, complete, audit-ready work.

    • Effective communication and coordination skills when working with technical, operational, financial, and vendor teams.

    • An associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.

    • Familiarity with telecommunications, satellite infrastructure, C-Band clearing, FCC compliance, or regulated infrastructure programs is an advantage.

    • Power BI reporting and dashboard development experience is a plus.

    • Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, quality assurance, or records management certifications are beneficial.

    • Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana, subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.

    • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or transfer. C2C arrangements are not accepted.

    • Benefits

      • Annual compensation range of $50,000–$80,000, depending on experience, education, geographic location, skills, qualifications, and certifications.

      • Long-term consulting opportunity.

      • Fully remote work arrangement with Eastern Time working hours.

      • Opportunity to contribute to significant client projects and influence the telecommunications and infrastructure industries.

      • Collaborative, communicative, and supportive working environment.

      • Autonomy and ownership in managing workloads and delivering client outcomes.

      • Opportunities for professional development and career growth.

      • A culture that recognizes employee contributions and encourages continuous learning and responsibility.

      • Minimal travel may be required.
