Production Operator X2

Overview Production Operator Responsibilities Fill in QC-related checklists every 30 minutes and every hour. Ensures that the correct order for the day are packed - have to check for local/ export. Works at straw machine to ensure always filled and attaching straws to cartons. Ensure the multipacker correctly cluster 6-pack products, ensure the multipacker clusters sleeves and that the sleeves are correctly shrink-wrapped. Finally check the robot to ensure that the shrink-wrapped sleeves are packed on pallet. Inspect equipment for mechanical malfunction and report problems. Perform safety and loss control. Works as relief when Filler Operator goes for break. Qualifications Matric Experience working in FMCG factory Knowledge of food safety and EHS standards
