People & Culture Operations Partner

We are looking for a People & Culture Operations Partner to join Caljan for a 12-month maternity cover.

You will play an important role in developing our global P&C Operations, with a particular focus on HR systems, digital solutions, data, governance, policies, and process improvements.

You will take ownership of agreed P&C initiatives and help ensure they are successfully implemented.
