Partner Marketing Specialist

Description

  • Reporting to the Senior Director of Campaigns and Growth Marketing, you’ll ensure partner motions plug directly into WEKA’s demand generation engine rather than running alongside it
  • Field marketing managers own the partner relationships and partner strategy in their regions; you’re the execution layer that keeps joint work moving with partner counterparts
  • You’ll work daily with field & partner marketing managers, alliances, partner field teams, finance, and partner contacts, and you’ll collaborate closely with the partner product marketing team who owns joint positioning, narratives, and content strategy to help drive execution into the market This is a high-ownership execution role with visibility across the full partner-influenced GTM motion
  • MDF Management: Own the Marketing Development Fund lifecycle end-to-end — proposal intake, approval routing, budget tracking, proof-of-execution collection, and claims and reimbursement — working with Finance, Alliances, and partner counterparts to keep utilization high and every dollar auditable
  • Field & Partner Execution Support: Serve as the central partner-marketing execution resource for regional field marketing managers — fulfilling joint campaign requests, coordinating MDF-funded activities in-region, and ensuring partner motions are embedded consistently in field plans across AMS, EMEA, and APJ. Align with the field team to support events and logistics where appropriate
  • Quarterly Regional Partner Webinar: Coordinate a standing one-to-many partner webinar in each region every quarter, open to all partner types — sourcing content from field marketing managers (regional plans), the Global Events Director (event calendar), and the Senior Campaign Director (campaign narrative), and running production, promotion, and follow-up end-to-end
  • Webinars: Work with product marketing and field marketing to identify additional joint partner webinars end-to-end: scheduling, speaker coordination, registration setup, promotion, dry runs, live production, and post-event follow-up and lead routing
  • Email & Communications: Build and send partner newsletters, campaign emails, and enablement announcements; maintain partner distribution lists and the partner communications calendar. Keep the partner portal current — publishing new assets, campaigns-in-a-box, incentive announcements, and enablement content; monitor usage and flag gaps. In addition establish a regular cadence to keep internal teams informed of partner activities and outcomes
  • Product Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the Senior Product Marketing Manager, Partners & Ecosystem on joint solution launches, co-branded content production, and partner-facing messaging rollouts — turning positioning and content strategy into in-market execution

  • You’re an operator. You take pride in running many work streams in parallel without dropping balls — an MDF claim closing out while a webinar goes live and a portal updates ships. You bring structure to processes that involve money, external stakeholders, and deadlines, and people trust you with them because you’re organized, responsive, and auditable
  • You write clear, professional communications, you represent WEKA well with partner marketing counterparts, and you know how to keep external stakeholders moving without owning the relationship — regional field marketing managers own their partner relationships; you will help drive the execution across the teams

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Comfort working across time zones with regional marketers and partner contacts
  • If you are excited about this position but are concerned your past work experience doesn’t match up perfectly with the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles at WEKA
