• OverseeLiveDeliveryLeadrealtimeeventoperationsincludingsecurityHSEtoiletsguestservicesticketingcrowdmanagementandvendorlogistics.
• RuntheMOCOverseetheMainOperationsCentreduringtheeventactingasthedecisionmakinghubforoperationalcontrol.
• ManageBudgets&ProcurementOwntheoperationsbudgetforecastaccuratelyandleadprocurementcycleswithafocusonvalueandefficiency.
• ImplementHSE&RiskProtocolsCollaboratewithinternalandexternalteamstoensuresafetycomplianceandreadinessforemergencies.
• Report&ImproveProducecleardocumentationeventreportsandlearningstofeedintofutureprojectsandimproveinternalprocesses.
