We are looking for a passionate OdyC Support Leader to drive operational excellence and ensure seamless system performance across our digital platforms. You will collaborate with dedicated teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and innovative solutions that keep mobility moving forward.

Your Role, Your Impact

• Lead the support and continuous improvement of OdyC systems to ensure scalability and performance across global operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs and operational goals.
• Ensure system reliability through proactive monitoring, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across support teams to strengthen technical expertise and consistency.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

• Degree or passion in Engineering, with 1 to 2 years in a similar role;
• Experience or understanding of using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera or Planisware;
• Highly interested in the transport and/or Railway industry;
• You are a team player and have proven rigor in execution;
• You are able to travel across the Europe Region (UK / Poland/Italy/Spain/ Nordics countries..);
• Fluency in English.
