Media Manager CPD
Description
Media Manager — Consumer Products Division (CPD)
About the Role
At L’Oréal Consumer Products Division, we democratize the best of beauty through iconic brands including L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline New York, and NYX Professional Makeup.
As Media Manager, you will help shape and deliver media activities, primarily for L’Oréal Paris, connecting consumer needs and brand priorities with effective campaigns.
We are looking for a collaborative marketer with strong digital expertise, business understanding, and excellent communication skills. Digital media experience is a must; offline media experience is welcome but not required.
What You’ll Do:
- Turn business objectives into media plans: clarify target consumers, priorities, budgets, and KPIs with brand teams, then develop full-funnel recommendations with our media agency.
- Connect teams and drive alignment: collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, Commercial, CDMO, and international stakeholders, translating discussions into clear decisions and actions.
- Oversee campaign delivery: manage day-to-day agency collaboration, provide constructive feedback, and drive continuous optimization.
- Link media with commerce: integrate Retail Media and E-commerce opportunities to support product visibility, consumer recruitment, and conversion.
- Measure, learn, and recommend: use available media, traffic, conversion, and sales data alongside testing and MMM insights to assess results and identify next steps.
- Support digital innovation: contribute to audience activation, search, creator-content amplification, and digital services, using AI tools to improve daily workflows.
What You Bring:
- Around 3–4 years of total experience across marketing and media, gained on the advertiser or agency side, or both.
- Required: hands-on digital media experience in campaign planning, activation or optimization, and performance analysis.
- Required: marketing experience, connecting consumer insights and brand objectives with business outcomes.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across an organization and international teams.
- Excellent communication skills: you give clear, concise recommendations, listen actively, ask relevant questions, and help groups reach alignment.
- An analytical, business-focused mindset: you identify the data needed, challenge assumptions, and translate findings into practical actions.
- Familiarity with major digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Fluency in Polish and English sufficient for day-to-day international collaboration.
- An open-minded, flexible, and cooperative approach.
Nice to have: offline media experience (TV, OOH, radio, or print), FMCG or beauty experience, and knowledge of Retail Media, E-commerce, MMM, or AI tools.
What Success Looks Like
Effective campaigns, actionable insights, and strong stakeholder collaboration — supporting consumer recruitment and business objectives while following L’Oréal Media Golden Rules.
We offer:
- Plenty of opportunities to grow – cross-divisionally and functionally.
- Rich e-learning package.
- Attractive benefit package including sports card, private health care, life insurance, pension package, and internal boutique with a discount, and product allocations.
- Annual bonus system.
- Diversity & Inclusion: L'Oréal promotes equal opportunity, diversity and inclusion. We prevent discrimination and harassment of any kind based on gender, skin color, religion, sexual orientation, origin, or disability. We walk the talk every day when it comes to Diversity & Inclusion.
