• Customer Experience: Expertise in identifying root causes of poor customer experience and taking corrective actions both real time and post delivery.

• Logistics Metrics: Comprehensive understanding of logistics metrics and their impact on business performance.

• Rider Staffing: Expertise in optimizing rider staffing levels to ensure efficient and reliable delivery operations.

• Order Forecasting: Specialized knowledge in accurately predicting order volumes to facilitate smooth logistics planning.

• Rider Payment Design: Proficiency in designing and implementing rider payment systems to incentivize performance.

Analytics & Data Management:

• Utilize in-depth experience to identify best practices and improvements for Talabats markets and regions.

• Rigorously test and analyze complex problems documenting the impact objectively and recommending optimal solutions.

• Handle in-depth analysis prepare data-driven cases and present solutions with visualizations and supporting material.

• Anticipate the reaction of metrics KPIs and riders to changes making data-driven decisions to adjust parameters.

Problem Solving:

• Solve unique and complex problems with a broad impact on the business using innovative and conceptual thinking.

• Develop short-term and long-term relieving plans to address issues and counter challenges effectively.

Stakeholder & Programme Management:

• Manage end-to-end rollouts and changes aligning with stakeholders and senior management as needed.

• Communicate complex concepts anticipate objections and persuade senior executives in local markets.

Qualifications :

What Did We Order

• Bachelors degree. STEM and Economics backgrounds are highly preferred.

• 5-6 years of experience in tech start-ups or operational roles are highly preferred. Last mile delivery industry experience is a plus.

• Excellent Analytics and Data driven problem-solving skills are required.

• Experience with Tableau Data studio or similar reporting and visualization tools skills is desirable.

• Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to drive complex ideas and processes to diverse people across markets and teams.
