- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites
- Ensure test coverage for both new developments (refactoring) and existing features (CurrentCo)
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate closely with developers, BA, and PO to ensure testability and quality by design
- Analyze requirements and define appropriate test strategies and scenarios
- Execute and monitor automated test campaigns and analyze results
- Identify, track, and follow up on defects until resolution
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools
- Provide technical leadership on QA topics and mentor team members
- Support run activities by ensuring non-regression and production stability
- Maintain testing documentation and ensure knowledge sharing
