HSE Assoc Facilitator

Responsibilities Responsible for Global GEHSMS System (Environmental Part) / ISO 14001 Environmental Management System by conducting Internal Audits, driving continual improvement, supporting standard owners and providing trainings etc. Ensure all site level operations meet applicable Local Environmental Legal / Regulation Compliance Requirements, PepsiCo Policies and Standards. Act as team leader to drive Pep+ / Recon Team / Green Team & other Pep+ Programs in Local Site. Ensure to achieve all PGCS and Plant Level Environmental / Recon Objectives, KPIs, GHS Reduction and other relevant Key Initiatives. Provide Tech Support to ensure WWTP Operations and WWTP related Utilities. Qualifications College or Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science or other relevant fields, Chemicals education background is a bonus point; Authority Certified Safety Administrator is preferred; Minimum 3 years working experiences in manufacturing industry; At least 2 years Environmental Management Experience in multi-national company; Operation experience will be a plus. Be familiar with ISO Management System, especially for experiences on ISO14001 Environmental Management System. Professional knowledge & experiences on Local Environmental Legal Regulations, Standards and Requirements. Be familiar to deal with different types of Authority Stakeholders and Audit. Be familiar to manage ISO 14001 Documentation System and achieve continual Improvement. Good interpersonal & communication skills, good training experiences & skills. Good Computer Skills. Good Command of English in both oral and written.
