We are looking for a Hebrew-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team. You will provide excellent support to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

🧩 Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in Hebrew (and occasionally in English)

• Provide accurate information about products and services

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

• Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional attitude

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements:

• Native or fluent Hebrew speaker

• Good command of English (B1+ or higher)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
