Description
- We’re looking for a Head of Event Organizer Partnerships based in New York City to help fuel Vendelux’s growth across EMEA
- Reporting directly to the Head of Marketplace, the role serves as connective tissue across Partnerships, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Data, and Product
- You’ll play a key role in expanding our customer base, shaping our go-to-market approach in the region, and working closely with leadership as the company scales
- Own and drive new business opportunities end-to-end with event organizers — from first conversation to signed deal
- Prospect, qualify, and close new customers across brands, agencies, and strategic partners
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline in a fast-moving environment
- Source and structure data-driven partnerships, including data exchange and technical collaborations, that support revenue growth and product expansion
- Develop long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Stay close to customer feedback and market trends to help influence product and positioning
- Represent Vendelux externally at industry events, conferences, and meetings
Benefits
- Regular Retreats: We regularly meet up in beautiful locations around the world to discuss all things Vendelux
- Recharge Weeks: The company shuts downs two times a year so everyone can recharge without work piling up
- Not all candidates will check all of the requirements listed above and that’s ok! We are open to great people from non-traditional backgrounds
- This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves building relationships, opening doors, and closing meaningful deals
- 5-10+ years in business development, partnerships, strategy & operations, consulting, or a similar analytical/operational role
- Strong communicator who can build trust quickly and navigate complex conversations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Comfortable pitching to mid-market and enterprise clients
- Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage or scaling environments
- Self-starter mentality — you’re comfortable owning your number and your process
- Experience in data, analytics, media, or marketing intelligence platforms
- Familiarity with events, experiential marketing, or brand marketing ecosystems
- Experience working with international clients or expanding into new markets
