Group Controller

Resolux Group is looking for a Group Controller to strengthen its global finance organisation and contribute to the continued development of financial processes, reporting and business insight.

The position

Reporting to the CFO, you will play a key role in developing and professionalising financial controlling across the group and help drive the transformation towards a more data-driven and scalable finance function.

The position combines hands-on financial controlling with process development, analysis and collaboration with finance colleagues and business stakeholders across the organisation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and improving group reporting, financial controlling and management information.

• Analysing financial performance, margins, profitability and working capital.

• Strengthening financial data quality, reporting consistency and transparency across entities.

• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.

• Identifying opportunities to optimise financial processes, systems and reporting structures.

• Providing financial analyses and insights to support management decisions.

• Working closely with local finance teams to ensure reliable and timely reporting.

• Supporting the continued development of group-wide financial procedures and controlling standards.

You will have considerable opportunity to influence how financial controlling is structured and developed across Resolux Group.

Professional qualifications

We are looking for a finance professional with solid controlling experience and the motivation to develop processes and financial management tools in an international organisation.

You bring relevant experience in financial controlling, group reporting or business controlling, ideally from an international manufacturing or industrial business.

You have strong analytical skills, a sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting, and experience working with ERP systems and Excel. Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools would be an advantage.

You are comfortable working across legal entities and collaborating with colleagues in different countries. You communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing.
