Your Role
As a Functional Analyst, you act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping organisations translate business challenges into effective digital solutions. You analyse processes, capture requirements, and support the delivery of innovative solutions that create measurable business value. Working closely with clients, developers, testers, and project teams, you ensure that business needs are accurately translated into functional requirements and successfully implemented.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Analysing and documenting AS-IS and TO-BE processes, including business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Acting as the liaison between business and IT teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitating workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions to drive stakeholder engagement and consensus.
- Creating use cases, process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications to support solution design and delivery.
- Supporting testing, validation, and implementation activities to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Your Profilie
- Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 1 year of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Strong ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and IT solutions through structured analysis and documentation.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Professional proficiency in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is considered a plus. Experience with Agile methodologies, UML, BPMN, SQL, or wireframing tools is an asset.
