About Userlink

Userlink runs AI agents in production at several hundred Nordic webshops, including Bahne, XL-BYG, Coolshop and Bygma. The agents handle the customer dialogue before and after the purchase, and every conversation ends up as structured data on demand and purchase barriers. The team is based in Odense.

The product and the direction

Today we sell chat. Email is rolling out now, and phone and social media follow. On top we are building the brain: a system that gathers every signal about a webshop and its customers, understands why people buy and why they do not, and acts on it while the customer is still on the site. The effect is measured against a control group, so the webshop can see what it means for revenue.

That moves the story from a customer service tool to growth, and nobody is telling that story for us yet. That becomes your job.

The role

You are the first person working on marketing full-time at Userlink, and you sit close to the founder and the sales team. You own how Userlink explains itself: message, positioning and tone, on the website, in cases, in newsletters, on LinkedIn and in the campaigns we pay for.

Your goal is qualified meetings for the salespeople. You find out which channels carry, what a meeting costs to acquire and what needs to change, and you are measured on that per month and quarter.

Partners are part of it. Agencies and platform partners need material, cases and joint campaigns so they can sell Userlink without us in the room.

You do most of it yourself at first, with AI as a fixed part of the workflow, and you set direction for our interns in content and digital marketing. Denmark is home turf, but we already have customers and partners in DACH and the Netherlands, and those markets grow from here.

Decisions are made on arguments, not titles. Ideas get challenged no matter who they come from, and the best one wins.

Why founding

You join before there is a brand to follow. There is no brand book, no channel strategy and no finished funnel, and what you decide about message, channels and tone becomes the way Userlink is known for years.

That is why the role comes with equity. You help build the company and own a share of what you build. In return we expect you to take responsibility like a co-owner, also when something is unclear or goes wrong.

Profile

• Has built marketing at a B2B SaaS company as the first or one of the first, and can show what it produced in meetings and pipeline
• Writes sharply in Danish and English and makes most things yourself: copy, landing pages, campaigns and short videos
• Fluent English is mandatory. English is the office language at Userlink
• Thinks in numbers, knows what a meeting costs to acquire, and shuts down channels that do not carry
• Has worked in e-commerce or sold to webshops and knows our customers' day-to-day
• Strong product and technology understanding, uses AI daily in your own work
• Experience with marketing outside Denmark is a plus
