Field Service Technician_SS

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to our clients in the Florida location. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients' equipment is functioning optimally and efficiently. You will be the face of our company, and your ability to provide excellent customer service will be critical to our success. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Your work will be essential in ensuring that our clients can continue to operate their businesses smoothly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to clients in the Florida location
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
• Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment
• Provide training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience with HVAC systems
• Experience with refrigeration systems
• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment
• Experience with plumbing and/or electrical systems
