Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact within the Customer Support Services department for Estonian-speaking clients.
• Provide expert, high-quality solutions to complex client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• Analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements for service quality and internal processes.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Estonian (spoken and written).
