Enterprise Account Executive

Description
- You won’t be handed a book of business. You’ll build one, and help define how the enterprise buys agentic AI
- Hunt and build your territory. Self-source net-new enterprise opportunities through outbound prospecting, executive networking, events, and partners. Pipeline creation is yours to own
- Lead enterprise sales cycles end to end. Run complex, multi-threaded deals from first conversation through discovery, business case, security and procurement review, negotiation, and close
- Sell across the C-suite. Engage General Counsel, Chief Procurement Officers, CFOs, and CIOs/CAIOs, often in the same deal, and align them around a shared outcome
- Be a consultant, not a pitch. Diagnose cross-functional pain such as contract-to-invoice leakage, supplier risk, spend visibility, and manual reconciliation, then design solutions that map Leah’s agents to measurable business value
- Build the business case. Quantify ROI and partner with solutions engineering to scope proofs of concept that prove value quickly, even in organizations with messy data or legacy ERP environments
- Land and expand. Win an initial use case in one function and grow it across Legal, Procurement, and Finance into a platform relationship
- Work the ecosystem. Collaborate with strategic partners, including global consultancies and systems integrators, to co-sell and accelerate deals
- Shape the market. Bring field insight back to product and marketing as we define the agentic orchestration category
- Consistently exceed targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where every deal you close shapes the company’s trajectory
Benefits
- Comprehensive benefits plan — covering everything from prescription medication to dental care
- Co-insurance on all other eligible health services
- Flexible vacation and wellness days
- Social activities (incl. regular offsite meetings, social activities, and meditation meet-ups)
- We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who is a true hunter: someone who builds their own pipeline from scratch, leads consultative conversations with General Counsel, CPOs, and CFOs, and closes complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Domain credibility. Consultative selling experience into Legal, Finance, or Procurement buyers. Familiarity with how these functions operate, from contracting and sourcing to procure-to-pay and financial close, lets you speak their language from the first call
- Complex deal mastery. A track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals with long cycles, multiple stakeholders, and rigorous procurement, legal, and InfoSec reviews
- Builder’s mentality. Comfortable with ambiguity, energized by a fast-moving startup environment, and motivated to help shape a new category
- Education. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. A background in law, finance, procurement, or professional services consulting is highly valued
- Proven enterprise hunter. 5+ years of enterprise software sales, with a consistent record of exceeding quota on net-new logos you sourced yourself
- Relevant technology experience. Background selling CLM, procure-to-pay, spend management, source-to-contract, ERP-adjacent, finance automation, or AI/automation platforms is a strong advantage
- Disciplined execution. Strong command of a structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message, or similar), Salesforce proficiency, and rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting
- Be where the deals happen. Willingness to travel to meet clients, partners, and attend industry events
- Solution mindset. You lead with problems, not features. You’re comfortable whiteboarding a workflow, building a value hypothesis, and adapting the solution to the customer’s environment
- Executive presence. Ability to simplify technical and AI concepts for senior business leaders and hold your own in boardroom-level conversations
