Engineering Supervisor
Description
Supervise daily engineering operations and coordinate maintenance activities.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building automation systems.
Monitor work orders, maintenance schedules, and the Maximo system.
Ensure fire safety systems and hotel facilities operate efficiently and safely.
Coordinate external contractors and ensure compliance with hotel standards.
Supervise, train, and support the engineering team.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel procedures.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.
Degree or vocational qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field.
Previous experience in engineering or maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance and maintenance management systems.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good command of English is an advantag
