Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer

What You Will Do

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance.
• Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence projects.
• Track and report improvement results and business impact.

How You Will Do It

• Facilitate Kaizen events, root cause analysis, and problem-solving activities.
• Analyze production data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

What We Look For

• Solid experience in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or operational excellence.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at different levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
