Job Title: Commissioning Engineer Electrical / I&C

The Commissioning Engineer will support the preparation and execution of electrical and instrumentation & control commissioning activities ensuring proper testing system readiness and safe handover to operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support commissioning activities for electrical and I&C systems
• Review test procedures commissioning dossiers and system turnover documentation
• Verify system readiness and support mechanical completion and punch clearance activities
• Coordinate with construction vendors QA/QC and operations teams
• Witness testing energization loop checks and functional testing activities
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of commissioning issues
• Ensure proper documentation and handover records are maintained
• Follow all HSE and commissioning procedures during execution

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Instrumentation Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong commissioning background in thermal power plant projects preferably CCGT
• Good knowledge of electrical systems control systems testing and plant startup activities
• Strong coordination and reporting skills

Preferred Profile

• GCC project experience
• Exposure to DCS protection systems switchgear and commissioning interfaces
