- Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain client accounts and records
- Process client and producer requests
- Interact directly with clients addressing coverage questions and service related tasks
- Responsibilities may change as the qualified candidate gains experience within the role

- Prior customer service experience in an office setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with various carrier partners to meet client needs
- Ability to navigate various carrier and consumer sites
- Ability to maintain focus in a fast paced environment
- Experience
- Prior commercial lines customer service
- Education
- High school or equivalent
- License/Certification
- Indiana Property & Casualty License
