Cloud Security Engineer (Prisma Cloud / AWS Security) - Remote

Compensation: $176k – $197k

Pay rate: $85 – $95/hr on C2C Location: 100% Remote (US West or East Coast) Duration: 12 Months Engagement: Corp-to-Corp (C2C) or W2 Work authorization: USC, GC, H1B Client: Global digital payments company (name confidential until shortlisting - standard US staffing practice)

What you will do:

• Identify and remediate cloud configuration drifts, exposed S3 buckets, and overly permissive IAM roles.
• Embed container and IaC vulnerability scanning into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with platform teams to define network security groups and egress filtering rules.

What you will bring:

• 6+ years of dedicated cloud security architecture and operations experience.
• Hands-on implementation of Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) via Palo Alto Prisma Cloud or Wiz.
• Deep expertise in AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, IAM access analyzer, and WAF rules.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, shifting security left using tools like Snyk or Checkov.
