Business Development Working Student / Intern (Part Time)

• As a Working Student / Intern – Business Development & Strategy at Timeless, you will support the steering and delivery of strategic projects that shape the future of our collectible asset business
• You will work closely with our founders and senior management to structure complex questions, analyze data, and turn them into clear, actionable recommendations
• Your focus will be on comprehensive market and competitor research, preparing high-impact decision materials, and helping drive strategic initiatives from concept through to execution
• You will work at the intersection of finance, tech, and creative markets, gaining direct exposure to strategic decision-making and experiencing first-hand how a leading platform scales
• You support the steering and delivery of strategic projects, from concept through to execution
• You contribute to defining and executing our strategy and prepare the basis for decisions
• You structure complex questions, analyse data and turn them into clear recommendations
• You research markets, competitors, partners and the collectibles asset class
• You prepare and follow up on meetings: agendas, materials, next steps
• You work closely with the founders and senior management and take ownership of your own workstreams

• This role is ideal for someone with sharp analytical thinking, a highly structured way of working, and a genuine interest in alternative assets, collectibles, and modern technology
• You have a solid understanding of, or genuine interest in, collectibles as an asset class
• Ideally, you are based in or around Berlin
• You produce sharp, well-argued analyses and presentations that get to the point
• You are studying or have a background in business, management or a related field, preferably at a top-tier university
• You use AI tools and modern technology as a matter of course, to work faster and better
• You think analytically, work in a structured way and move things forward independently
• You communicate confidently in German and English
