- Identify new business opportunities, growth areas, trends, and customers
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Generate leads through outbound activity, networking and attending industry events
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction
- Work with senior Business Development and Account Management professionals to upskill and develop
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, sales activities and progress in Salesforce
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs by driving business growth
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a passion for building and nurturing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- You will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering long-term partnerships
- Proven experience in business development, sales or a similar role
- Experience with lead generation and account management
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently with minimal supervision
