Associate IT System Engineer

What you would do as our Associate IT System Engineer

We believe you are an experienced, dedicated engineer with at least 3–4 years as an IT professional, who will take technical ownership of selected IT platforms and continuously improve them.

You would also:

• Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability of servers, services, and network systems.
• Manage and develop VMware virtualization platforms, including R&D environments.
• Support patch management and strengthen IT security across the organization.
• Drive continuous improvements and establish IT standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with global IT and R&D teams while maintaining accurate system documentation.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with networking, security, and managing distributed IT environments.
• Has hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, HPE VME, or Proxmox) and Windows/Linux administration.
• Is familiar with Active Directory, GPO, Intune, BigFix, Rapid7, and endpoint management tools.
• Has strong troubleshooting skills and experience installing and assisting IT hardware and software.
• Demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, with English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Nice to have:

• MDE - Microsoft Defender as a plus

• Scripting with PowerShell, Python
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Service Now
• Knowledge of Git, GitLab-CI, Jenkins, and willingness to learn more
• ITIL Foundation knowledge
