This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior QA Test Analyst (Analista de Testes QA Sênior) based in Brazil .

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Test Analyst to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of digital products. In this role, you will take ownership of test planning and execution, identifying potential issues before they affect end users. You will combine manual and automated testing practices to validate system functionality and support consistent product delivery. Working closely with development teams in an Agile environment, you will contribute to defect management, testing strategies, and continuous quality improvements. You will also help strengthen testing processes and promote collaboration across the product development lifecycle. • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on product requirements and expected system behavior.

• Execute manual and automated tests to validate functionality, reliability, and overall product quality.

• Identify, document, report, and track bugs, defects, and system failures, ensuring clear communication and follow-up through resolution.

• Collaborate with developers and other team members to investigate issues, clarify requirements, and support timely fixes.

• Participate in team meetings and alignment sessions to discuss testing progress, priorities, risks, and quality expectations.

• Contribute to Agile development processes, supporting testing activities throughout the sprint lifecycle.

• Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance QA methodologies, testing workflows, and quality standards.

• Maintain clear and organized testing documentation, ensuring traceability of test execution and reported defects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven professional experience as a Senior QA Test Analyst or in a similar software quality assurance role.

• Practical experience with manual and automated software testing.

• Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks, particularly Selenium.

• Advanced proficiency with QA and project management tools, including Jira, Azure DevOps, Zephyr, Bugzilla, Mantis, Qase, and TestRail.

• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, test case design, defect tracking, and quality assurance practices.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working within collaborative development teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to identifying and investigating defects.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage testing activities independently while collaborating effectively with developers and other stakeholders.

• Intermediate English proficiency.
