With offices in the Netherlands, Germany, Norway and Denmark, Keylane plays a very important role in the European insurance and pension industry, providing highly configurable and customer-centric SaaS platforms. By optimizing business processes, we empower our customers to be future-ready and agile, driving innovation across the sector.

What sets us apart?
That is our people. At Keylane, we foster a culture where everyone can be themselves, develop themselves and connect with each other. We are a diverse community of individuals, united by our commitment to delivering exceptional results for our customers.

At Keylane, we stand for equality and inclusivity. We believe that everyone should be treated as equals, and our 'flat hierarchy' approach to management reflects this core value. We embrace diversity as a driving force, knowing that our differences make us stronger. Together, we build a workplace founded on trust, openness, and knowledge sharing – a place where every voice is heard and valued.

By the way, did you already know that we have exchanged the fixed national holidays for inclusion days? This means it is no longer mandatory to take days off on national holidays. These days can instead be taken whenever a Keylaner wishes to take them.
